bubo was designed for a small IT team and has just grown from there. We were asked to design a system which kept an eye on a number of Servers (remote desktops, Domain Controllers, File servers etc) without increasing the staff numbers and decreasing work-load, so we came up with bubo.
It helps us oversee all IT related devices in one handy screen. With a simple
means its up or 
means its down, and we have a problem somewhere. We can even see temperatures (you will need an additional handy sensor from Sensorpush), last deactivated and created AD accounts (this was something that came as a result of a cyber attack), Internet
connections, MRP systems, the list goes on. If you can communicate with a device and know the port number it runs over, then bubo can keep an eye. It will even email you as soon as it goes down.
